Shannon Elizabeth is being sued

Shannon Elizabeth’s ex husband, actor Joseph D. Reitman (this handsome fella) is seeking half of all property and assets the pair accumulated during the five years they lived together before they were married. Elizabeth filed for divorce last June. In his suit, Reitman claims Elizabeth secretly transferred assets acquired before their marriage and contends that he deserves half. He also claims to have sacrificed his career to promote hers. According to Reitman,

“(we agreed to) be equal partners in the acquisition of assets and in financial affairs whether such transactions were separate or joint.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if tubby takes half of her assets, Shannon Elizabeth will be walking around with one breast. Because her job lately is having a kick ass body, and an enthusiasm for taking pictures like this. Or maybe this. Don
