Paris Hilton surrendered to the Los Angeles County sheriff a little before midnight last night to begin her 23-day jail sentence. And in their fine tradition of kissing celebrity ass, the sheriff announced that Paris will now have a cell to herself for her entire stay. Earlier it was reported that she would share a cell with a hand picked cell-mate, but that is no longer the case. She will have one hour a day to shower, use a phone and watch TV in a small pod adjacent to her cell. Other than that, she will be alone in her cell. Unless, you know, it's haunted or something. By ghosts. Oh great, now I'm scared. Eeeeeeee!!!

I think Paris going to jail is more of a punishment on me, because I have to hear about it all the time in the media.
I still hold out hope that she gets the Jeffrey Dahmer treatment, ie. sent on mop duty with a murderous inmate who hates white people. Hahahaha.
Think about it people, having her alone in a cell is the best idea yet, she'll either turn into a complete retard and start talking to the taps or if we're REALLY lucky a guard could leave the door open so the rest of the prison can take turns! Speaking of Casper, did anyone else hear the Russell Brand podcast when they were trying to figure out how Casper died? How did he end up so friendly, especially after dying at such a young age? I don't remember if on the podcast they ever found the answer to his cause of death. My guess it must have been something really nice and easy, like he ate too many marshmallows and fell asleep and died. Anyway, I'd rather talk about anything else on a Monday morning than stupid Paris Hilton.

This will only add to the bizarre and incomprehensible cachet this useless sack of shit has. I hate that fact, as do you all. But there it is, unavoidable and ugly. This whole thing will only make Paris bigger. HOWEVER: I suspect this will not be her first trip to the slammer. Here's to hoping she'll off herself first, though.

I fail to understand why people are complaining about seeing Paris Hilton news on this site. For christ's sake, people, it's a celebrity news blog. Hilton is a "celebrity", for whatever reason, so what happens to her is news here. I may not be especially interested in her plight, but that doesn't mean it isn't worthy of coverage by the proprietors of WWTDD. Just…if you don't like news about Hilton, READ ANOTHER ARTICLE. There ARE others to be had.
