DAVID BECKHAM FITS RIGHT IN

David Beckham has yet to play his first game for the LA Galaxy and he only actually moved his family to LA about a week ago, but he’s already made the right connections. Sources say Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, along with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, are throwing David and Victoria Beckham a "Welcome to America" party on Sunday. Page Six says:

Our tipster reports, "Invitations went out all over Hollywood . . . they were printed on red velvet with tacky gold lettering."

Wow, a fabulous Hollywood party in honor of one of the worlds most popular athletes. That sounds awesome. In a related story, my stuffed animals wrote a new play, and I'm the lead character. Um … hmm, okay, never mind.
