KIEFER SUTHERLAND IS DRUNK

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol early this morning after being stopped in West Hollywood after making an illegal u-turn a little after 1am. When tested, his blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit. TMZ says:

This is the actor's second DUI in the past five years — he was arrested in 2004. By California law, if he's convicted, he must serve a mandatory minimum of five days in jail. Police sources tell TMZ 40-year-old Sutherland was pulled over around 1:35 AM PST on the corner of La Cienega and Beverly. Sutherland was at the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub earlier that evening. He was booked at 4:09 AM and released at 5:42 AM on $25,000 bail. According to the L.A. Sheriff's Dept. website, the actor is 5'10" and weighs 150 lbs.

Kiefer gets fucked up all the time (like in that old video), and he doesn't really seem to mind, and people don't generally stop being alcoholics over night, so this isn't really very surprising.  What was surprising was when it turned out that model was only 15.  And a boy.  Yeah, I did not see that coming. 

Wait, Jack Bauer weighs 150 pounds?  What?  Aww that's bullshit.  I feel decieved.  He should have been upfront about that.  "Hi I'm Kiefer Sutherland and I weigh 150 pounds…" or something like that.
