Amy Winehouse was arrested yesterday and held in custody, not just for stealing all of our hearts, but for suspicion of possession of Class A drugs. Ahh, golly, ya think. The Daily Mail says…
The charges were brought as a result of a damaging video of the star which was made public in January this year.
In the 19 minute film she is seen smoking crack cocaine and talking about taking Valium while appearing dazed and disorientated.
The star was originally questioned under caution in February and was originally due to return for further interview in June.
So the question that remains is, does Amy Winehouse use illegal drugs? I’ll put it this way: yes. Any rational jury would convict her just based on these pictures alone. Based on these, I think you might even be allowed to declare her legally dead.
