JUST KIDDING, IT WAS HOMICIDE

December 18, 2008 | celebrity | editor | 0 Comments

Okay so at first the Beverly Hills PD brought in two suspects for the shooting death of Scott Ruffalo, brother of over-rated actor Mark Ruffalo.  They were suspected of homicide, but then they were released after telling the cops Scotts death was really an accidental suicide.  They said he shot himself playing Russian Roulette, and the cops bought it.  Now, we’re back to that first one, as the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office on Wednesday officially ruled the death a homicide.  You can see now why law enforcement in southern California is the world wide gold standard for excellence.  The AP says…

Coroner's spokesman Craig Harvey says an investigation closed Wednesday determined that someone shot 39-year-old Scott M. Ruffalo in the head.  Beverly Hills police arrested, but later released, a 26-year-old woman suspected of the shooting. They have not publicly named any other suspects.  The woman's attorney said at the time of her release that Ruffalo shot himself in the head playing Russian roulette. Jail records do not indicate she has been re-arrested.  Police have not released a motive in the case.

Keep in mind Scott was shot on December 1st.  Police haven't released a statement yet about the new ruling, but when they do, don’t be surprised if they say Scotts body is missing, and he wasn’t actually dead, it was some other guy, and we’re locked out of the police station does anyone know how to do that credit card thing with a lock, and I think I left my gun in the bathroom at starbucks so if anyone sees that could you please bring it back and whoever put super glue on the seat of my squad car is gonna get it.  I tore my pants.  I think it was Ron.
