If you want to scare people about breast cancer, you need to bring in a bunch of girls with huge breasts, really remind them what we stand to lose. If you invite a bunch of survivors, you take the chance that the girl is pretty anyway, then people think maybe breast cancer is not so bad. But it is bad.
