And this is why California is, without question, the worst place on earth. Because it’s overrun by clueless pussies to scared or star struck to keep order.

You may think the pictures below show an angry prick in a silk shirt and designer jeans walking 30 yards to assault a member of the media. And you may think something like this would bring consequences. I mean, you can’t just run people down and start kicking them, right? Well, you can if you’re an actor in LA. The LA Times says…

Sean Penn pleaded no contest Wednesday to a misdemeanor vandalism charge, L.A. Now reports, and was sentenced to three years’ probation and 300 hours of community service related to an altercation with a photographer in October 2009.

Vandalism? How ca… Vandalism? According to California law, vandalism is recognized as, “the deliberate damage or destruction of public or private property, without the owner’s permission.” Cited examples include toppling a headstone and carving initials into a desk.

I mean, I guess maybe the photographer was made out of old desks, like a Pinocchio thing, so laws about people don’t apply to him, but he looked incredibly lifelike in the video, when he said “Oww, what are you doing.” It seems like Penn should go to a jail for one day, at least. Right? No? So can I go up to Sean Penn and kick him? Because that would be great. My feet are made of stone, my kicks sent down to deliver justice.
