the jeremy london story is the weirdest thing ever

June 18, 2010 | celebrity | editor | 0 Comments

At first this story seems like the idiotic rambling of a former drug addict after a relapse, but Radar says ‘Party of Five’ star Jeremy London is claiming he was kidnapped, held at gunpoint and forced to get high last week in Palm Springs. “And did the police buy that, did that work”, asked Lindsay Lohan when she heard the news.

London, 37, was attempting to change a flat tire on his vehicle when a man stopped to help him, outside the Bahama Hotel & Apartments on North Palm Canyon Drive, late on the evening of Thursday, June 10.
Sergeant Steve Douglas, from Palm Springs Police Department, told Radar the kidnapper forcibly took London and drove him around in his own vehicle, while terrorizing him at gun point.
Somehow a stunned London managed to escape at around 3 o’clock the next morning.
“He told officers (during the kidnapping) that he was forced to smoke dope and then purchase booze and hand it out in a gang area of Palm Springs.”

Insane, right? And yet…

the suspect’s name is Brandon Adams. He’s been charged with several felonies, including kidnapping for ransom with injury, strong arm robbery, carjacking, receiving stolen property, and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Adams is scheduled to be back in court on June 24th. He remains in custody with bail set at slightly more than a half million dollars.

The weird part is still that someone would force a stranger to get high. I guess this guy was gonna rape Jeremy, maybe. If so, what a compliment. Jeremy must have looked extra handsome that day. He must be pretty flattered to have someone go to so much trouble just to get in his pants. Don’t be jealous ladies.
