Lindsay is guilty of violating her probation

If you missed it, the best thing that happened all morning during Lindsay Lohans probation hearing to address her crime spree was when the clothing store that she stole $17,000 in clothing from served her with a lawsuit, while she was in the courthouse elevator during a break from her hearing. And believe it or not, Lindsays day might actually go downhill from there.

Though precedent says celebrities in LA are above the law and can treat the city streets like their own private obstacle course, Lindsay might actually go to jail today. TMZ says…

Lindsay Lohan is in big trouble and could go to jail today for violating her DUI probation.
Judge Marsha Revel has been hearing testimony from the alcohol ed people, who admitted Lindsay violated the judge’s command to attend classes at least once a week. Fact is … at least 9 times Lindsay did not hit the mark. In fact, one witness said Lindsay was disrespectful and filled with excuses, yet for some reason officials from the Right On program never notified the judge.
The judge clearly has no patience for Lindsay and prosecutor Danette Meyers is going after LiLo with a vengeance.

Lindsay has been responsible for 22 percent of all crime in California since 2006, so hopefully today is the day the DA takes back the night and locks this menace up where she belongs.

UPDATE : the Judge has just ruled that Lindsay is guilty of violating her probation. Sentencing is next.
