Lindsay Lohan is getting out of jail, still complaining

Lindsay Lohan should have 81 days left until she gets out of jail, but the sheriff in LA is a pussy who doesn’t think the law should apply to celebrities (he also spent Saturday night at an Emmy award preview party btw), so instead she’ll be out by Sunday at the very latest.

But who knows, maybe Lindsay has changed this time. Maybe cutting her sentence by 85 percent and giving her a private cell has finally shown her that she’s just like everyone else. She’s been ordered to begin a 90 day drug rehab within 24 hours of leaving jail, maybe now she understands how lucky she is to get another chance and is anxious to take advantage of it.

Or maybe she’s still the exact same spoiled brat she’s always been and is trying to get out of it. Her attorney tells Us.com…
