Hahahaha, hahaha. Ha. Ha. Haha. Hahahaha. The Hollywood Reporter says…

Universal has decided to shelf its planned ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ sequel and is instead focusing on a solo Huntsman movie starring Chris Hemsworth.
Kristen Stewart will not be invited to return.
It’s unclear whether director Rupert Sanders will return, though one source with ties to the production says he will.
While it might have been awkward for Stewart and Sanders to reunite for a sequel, it is not clear why the decision to move forward without Stewart was made.

Um, yes it is. She’s a terrible actress. They didn’t even let her talk in the first trailer. Also, no one likes her. Since ‘Twilight’ in 2008, she’s been in 4 movies that weren’t sequels or ‘Snow White’.

‘Adventureland’. It’s made a total of $17.1 million, worldwide.
‘The Yellow Handkerchief’. It’s made a total of $318,000, worldwide.
‘The Runaways’. It’s made a total of $4.6 million, worldwide.
‘Welcome to the Rileys’. It’s made a total of $317,000, worldwide.

There’s tons of really good young actresses in Hollywood, there’s no advantage whatsoever to casting Stewart, other than the fact that she’ll blow the director and knows where to score kick-ass weed.

CONFLICTING UPDATE – Universal now says pretty much the exact opposite of all this.
