Ireland Baldwin wrote a kitschy cute note to her newly born half sister this week, advising her to remember that there’s nothing but love amid all the yelling and screaming in her crazy family. In short, the next time you see daddy punching a photographer or calling somebody a coon, it’s all about love expressed clumsily. A nice primer if you will for a life making excuses for crappy behavior.

Thankfully, Ireland followed up her note by posting a video of herself in a bikini working out on a beach. Reminding us once again that Baldwins are better seen than heard.
