Harper Lee Under Pressure

The State of Alabama is probing claims of elder abuse regarding “To Kill A Mockingbird” author Harper Lee. There are concerns Lee been manipulated into publishing her second book in 120 years called “Go Set A Watchman”, which was written before Mockingbird and probably shelved because Lee thought it sucked. The 88 year old nursing-home ridden Lee is suddenly seeing things in a fresh light. Or she’s under the influence of multiple pharmaceuticals and has been told by some shady publicists that McCarthy will blacklist her if she doesn’t sign this paper. This is the State’s concern. They are going to conduct a thorough investigation of whether Lee is cognizant enough to make solid financial decisions which should include the classic how many fingers am I holding up. Here’s a nickel, rub my feet or get the fuck out of my new hyperbaric pod.
