Guy To Get Head Transplant

A Russian guy named Valery Spiridinov with a degenerative muscular disease is going to get his head put onto another person’s body by Doctor Moreau in his manic phase. If successful this would be the first ever head transplant, although it should be noted some Russian guy made twenty two-headed dogs some years ago to haunt your dreams. Spiridinov seems to have a solid understanding of the subject matter:

“I wouldn’t want to have my head transplanted onto the body of a woman. When I wake up I still want to be a man.”

I’d say that’s fair but the ACLU is lawyering up. The future is rapidly approaching us. Within a few years we’ll have self piloted cars and people buying up bodies with nice racks to stick their head on. I’m going to start looking around once I near fifty because my liver is taking a pounding. The body I’ll take probably belongs to a kindergartener now. If you see me poking around grammar schools with binoculars, don’t think anything untoward is taking place. I’m just cataloguing the kids whose parents have gambling problems.
