Church Shooter’s Sister Asks For Cash

July 3, 2015 | celebrity | matt-ralston | 0 Comments

Amber Roof, the sister of Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof, started a GoFundMe page asking for money to cover the costs of her wedding after she was greatly inconvenienced by her brother murdering nine people. It turns out she had to cancel the wedding, which was a real drag. Arguably one could call it a tragedy. Amber pledged to donate 10 percent of the funds to the Emanuel African Methodist Church. Once they refused to accept, she may as well just keep it. The profile is unclear why she needed the additional money but really anyone can use an extra $5,000, even if your brother didn’t just massacre a bible study group. It does not state how one ties into the other:

“As many of you know Michael and I had to abruptly cancel our wedding day, due to the tragedy that occurred in Charleston. June 21st was suppose to be the happiest day of our lives. It is the day every girl dreams of, it was the day we dreamed of. We had each other, we have the perfect venue, and we had our vows ready to be read. We were ready! We had planned out every detail for months and months. It was going to be the PERFECT day!.. The Charleston Massacre took place and our lives were forever changed. The media abused our privacy and published all of our wedding information and destroyed our dream day… Money raised will be used to cover lost wedding costs, to pay bills, and to send us on our dream honeymoon… We thank you for any contribution you can make.”

Were you going on a honeymoon before? Or was this shooting part of God’s plan to take you to Key West? When your bro commits a heinous hate crime, it’s time to sit back and be humble. Reflect on the conversations you could have had with him, like why are you a white supremacist murderer again? Somebody needs to speak to this entire family about boundaries.
