You can’t really stop the LGBT lobby. They’re advancing like Alexander. Only mildly ironic. North Carolina is among the stalwarts who believe you can legislate against the social acceptance of boys being girls or girls being boys. The dick wants what the dick wants. Whether that be boning the counter girl at Arby’s missing her left front tooth or lopping that fucker off and going by Nancy. Or Laura, in the case of the lead singer of Against Me! who moved from Thomas to Laura about four years ago. Laura Jane Grace lit his birth certificate on fire on stage in Durham over the weekend and declared ‘Goodbye Gender’. An odd battle cry from somebody who talks nonstop about gender.
You can’t actually burn your birth certificate. Though you can torch a facsimile. You could light your credit card bill on fire and hope that means free Best Buy consumer electronics. There’s got to be some acknowledgement for Grace who rather than issue a look-at-me press release about boycotting North Carolina, actually went and performed and did something reasonably dramatic. At the same time, this is over the right to take a leak in the women’s toilet. Johnny Rotten never asked for legal permission to piss himself in the loo of his choosing. Punk never lobbied Congressmen with LGBT phone banks and threats to fund the races of their opponents.
When a tiny fraction of the population asks for a very public concession, you can look at it like they’re assholes for overreaching or the other 99.8% are assholes for telling them they can’t have their little victory. One side won’t shut the fuck up about wanting to whizz in the women’s room while the other is on auto-pilot about their daughters being raped by tranny cock in the public shitters. There is no moral high-ground. Trannies can whine longer than you can stand pat. Surrender now and return your attention to keeping tobacco godly. Strategic retreat. Hold it in until you get home if you have to.
I guess gender really is over since @LauraJaneGrace said goodbye to gender! #genderisover pic.twitter.com/EHXZJbMnM2
