Colin Kaepernick Taking A Stand, Or Not

August 29, 2016 | celebrity | matt-ralston | 0 Comments

Colin Kaepernick is refusing to stand for the National Anthem during preseason games because he read the Cliff’s Notes to to Malcolm X’s autobiography. As evidence he is posting a bunch of memes with civil rights quotes to his Instagram page, which Malcolm X never would have done in a million years. Kaepernick’s reasoning is that black people are treated unjustly in America, which is true. I would go a bit deeper and question what national pride has to do with football. We’re not playing against Syria. They don’t do it before you watch a movie. The entire thing makes no sense. Unless of course, there’s some money involved.

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”

Wait, are black people different from people of color? Are you talking about half black half Jewish guys with tiny heads and weird beards? The NFL and the 49ers responded that Kaepernick can do whatever he wants and are currently looking for an excuse to kick him out of the league on unrelated charges.

The NFL was and still is taking under the table payments from the Department of Defense to embed advertisements for the US military without disclosing what they’re doing, including guys with no legs winning awards which don’t really exist while fat Cowboy’s fans who work for Monsanto yell Hoorah. If they can do their thing why can’t Colin do his retarded dance? When it comes to idiocy everyone should have an equal opportunity. Ask Roger Goodell. Wait, bad example.
