Hacker Releases OITNB Episodes

A hacker going by the name Dark Overlord, so every hacker ever, threatened to dump digital copies of the upcoming Netflix Orange is the New Black Season online if Netflix didn’t pay a ransom. The hacker reminded Netflix how many subscribers they’d lose and how their stock price would drop if the files were made available illegally online. Dark Overlord’s obviously not seen the tailing number on the series that became unwatchable two and a half seasons ago.

Netflix refused the offer to be ripped off and Dark Overload released the episode files onto some illicit filing sharing site. If you want to inexorably fuck up your entire home computing system with virulent malware, you can save eight bucks a month. Assuming you cancel the entirety of Netflix to do so. So maybe one, possibly two guys in America. With a subscriber base approaching a hundred million, that’s got to hurt.
