Kehlani Needs a Rest (VIDEO)

Not every young chick singer came up through the Disney ranks with repulsive stage parents but tutors and nannies and a six-figure annual TV deal. Kehlani Parrish came from Oakland. Her dad died from something drugs and criminal when she was a couple months old. Her drug addicted mom tossed her into her aunt’s care. Kehlani is one of those Flashdance chicks who dances and sings to express her rage and get the fuck out of Oakland. She’s also mostly mental from it all.

Kehlani dated Kyrie Irving for some amount of time a year or two ago, followed by a cheating rumor, a breakup, and loads of hateful Tweets from very small people with very small lives. Kehlani took the less traveled road of trying to kill herself. She was put on 5150 hold.

Mischa Barton would have you believe they pass those 5150 holds arounds like they’re nothing. They’re a thing. As in, don’t ever date somebody with a psychiatric hold on their permanent record. Say something super soothing and move on. It’s unfortunate, but that’s a strong survival tip.

Kehlani came out on stage in Grand Rapids last night before a show to declare “I feel crazy” and promptly cancel the evening with a tearful notice about full refunds and how she had to go to the hospital. It’s what tons of performers feel before opening their show in Grand Rapids, but shove deep down into their soul cavities and top off with liquor and drugs.

Kehlani later explained through people with more of a business mind that she was merely physically exhausted and needed rest. Like the homeless guy on the bench at night with the very shallow breathing. A good nap is all he needs to be fit as a fiddle the next morning.

Nobody feels sorry for performers because they get paid a good amount to do what they love for a few hours a night. It might be worth an ounce of sympathy for this chick. Barring a massive turnaround, her future at only twenty-two is super bleak. It’s why celebrities fly halfway around the world to grab their socially correct opposing race babies from non-drug filled poor people. You can get your kid over poverty and hunger pretty fast back in your Brentwood mansion. Changing the wiring in the brain of a kid whose parents loved that meth and crack is fairly impossible.
