Kendall and Kylie Jenner Sued

July 10, 2017 | celebrity | Lex Jurgen | 0 Comments

Lacking any schooling, the Jenner girls believe the associate property means they can steal Tupac photos for their licensed merchandise merely because they’ve fucked a bunch of other black rappers. Math jokes never work. Neither does violating copyright laws.

Last week Notorious B.I.G.’s mom lambasted Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner for using her dead son’s iconic image in their “Rap vs. Rock Kylie and Kendall” line of $150 t-shirts sold through their website.

“I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this. The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me. I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt. This is disrespectful, disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!”

Who would pay $150 for a tee of musical legends with a “KK” logo superimposed is a question not worth asking the fans of these girls. Assume the answer is 50,000 units no matter what’s being sold. These chicks could move their turds online if they could think of a cute “K” name.

This week lawyers for the photographer who shot the Tupac pic used in the Jenner’s vintage t-shirt line filed a lawsuit claiming the sisters business line used his photo work without his permission.

“The Jenners “at no times notified [Photographer Michael] Miller that they intended to exploit his photography, let alone obtained his authorization. This unauthorized usage constituted copyright infringement, amongst other things.”

It’s easy to believe the Jenner girls are moronic twats constantly Googling their own names and “pretty”. The evidence is stacked. It’s not as easy to believe whoever runs their merchandising line didn’t legally license the photo imprints. That’s a business no-brainer before you give the green light to China to start the presses. The dudes selling five dollar team tees outside stadiums aren’t going through proper channels, but a big business like the Jenners has attorneys who monitor shit so they don’t get sued.

The Jenners pulled the clothing line with a mighty mea culpa about this being a great learning experience. First and foremost, getting caught sucks. Also, how Kris Jenner will destroy the living shit out of whoever cost her girls money. The price of failure is high in the family. Look what they did to Bruce.
