Sasha Pieterse Explains 70-Pound Weight Gain That We Care About

September 27, 2017 | celebrity | Sam Robeson | 0 Comments

Sasha Pieterse is apparently someone living on this planet, and apparently we’re supposed to care that she gained seventy-pounds over two years. Has she heard of TLC? Her transportation needs have to be met exclusively by a forklift if we’re going to be wowed. The woman I see looks like 90% of people at Costco on a good day. If you’re a twelve-year-old girl you might recognize Pieterse’s name from Pretty Little Liars, but recently she’s been lighting up the stage of Dancing With the Stars with her bland obscurity.

Pieterse is technically a celebrity, so by default her weight gain was no fault of her own. And because she’s a celebrity, looking like the product of an Ashley Graham Kirby sucking in JonBenét Ramsey is brave. Dems the rules. While explaining the song she clomped around to on Dancing With the Stars, Pieterse said:

I love [Hailee Steinfeld’s Most Girls] because it really resonates with me about what I’ve been through and what I’m still going through. I gained 70-ish pounds over two years. It was really, really hurtful the way people reacted. People were saying stuff like, ‘she’s pregnant, you’re fat.’ They were angry, they were mad that I look like this.

Not fair to pregnant women. You’re way bigger than pregnancy calls for. Pieterse continues:

[It was] one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through. I had no idea what was going on and I didn’t have any way of solving it. Very recently I was diagnosed with PCOS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, a hormone imbalance. Finally, I knew why this was happening to me. Now, I’m seeing results. “I think most importantly, I’m feeling like me again. Being on [DWTS], I’ve lost over 15 pounds.

Which still leaves you in the red. Whoever this woman is better thank her lucky donuts that she not only packed on the pounds, but that she also found a disease no one’s ever heard of to blame it on. Otherwise I wouldn’t know who the hell she was. Or that she was so inspirational to other large people with fake diseased. Brave. Next.
