CHARLIZE THERON LOST A CASE – Charlize Theron lost a judgment to the watch company Raymond Weil, who paid her to wear their watches and their watches only. Charlize apparently did not do that, and now Weil is asking for 20 million dollars. In a related story, Raymond Weil just makes up numbers. Always a good sign for a watchmaker. DJ AM POSTER SEEMS INAPPROPRIATE – as Defamer correctly points out, doesn’t this poster look like a flame is kicking up to the left of DJ AM? The might as well say, “He’s really been on fire lately…”
WOLO-TV in Columbia South Carolina has video today from the dash-cam of a police car outside the fiery plane crash that claimed four lives, but somehow spared Blink 182 drummer Travis barker and DJ AM. They also play a 911 call and you can hear Barker, who suffered burns on his torso, pleading for help. The inappropriately named Anderson Burns and sassy junior reporter Robin Hinson introduce the story, then Robin sarcastically explains that a police offer is "springing into action", even though he’s sitting perfectly still, then heroically walking in the wrong direction, slowly.
Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM were among six people aboard a Learjet that crashed upon takeoff from a Columbia, South Carolina, airport after midnight Friday. Barker and AM were the only survivors, all other passengers and crew were killed. People magazine says…
Barker, 32, was taken to a burn center in Augusta, Georgia, about 75 miles southwest of Columbia, and was listed in critical condition Saturday morning – as was DJ AM (real name: Adam Michael Goldstein), 35, say officials at the facility. "Both Travis Barker and Adam Goldstein are in critical but stable condition," Beth Frits, spokesperson for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center, tells PEOPLE. "Goldstein was airlifted here and Barker was brought by ground transportation. So they arrived separately."

When I saw the first picture I naturally assumed DJ AM had a gun in his jacket and that’s why Mandy Moore was leaving with him. But I guess not. She’s been hanging out with this dork for like two weeks now and it still doesn’t make a lick of sense. He dresses like a drum major. Mandy might as well date a juggler or math-a-magician.
