With the dvd thing, is she hinting that Gibson hit her and it was caught on camera? That would be pretty bad. Or maybe the dvd is a copy of ‘What Women Want’. Either one would make Gibson look like an asshole to be honest with you.
Earlier today Radar reported that Mel Gibson asked the court for a restraining order on his ex girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, a Russian model who had his baby just 7 months ago. Now TMZ adds that she actually got one on him first, and when she did it she went right for the PR jugular.
Oksana’s lawyers went to the family law court in downtown L.A. last Monday for an emergency hearing, and told the judge that Mel allegedly got violent with her — two sources say Oksana claimed Mel was “extremely violent.”
A source connected with Mel Gibson scoffed at Oksana’s allegations, claiming the alleged incidents occurred this past January and she traveled with him afterwards — all over the world. As the source put it, “In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held.”
A source connected with Oksana confirms the alleged violent incidents occurred in January, but added, “There were other acts after January that were not physical but still constituted domestic violence.”
There’s really no one more despicable than lawyers who will charge a guy with domestic violence, even if they never laid a hand on anyone. Did you ever notice how we arm soldiers with guns instead of passive aggressive comments about the enemies weight? Yeah that’s because you win wars with violence, and violence is physical. If Mel punched her then fuck him he’s a scumbag, but in general maybe Chris Benoit and a guy who forgot someones birthday shouldn’t be charged with the same crime.

Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against the mother of his illegitimate seven-month-old daughter, Radar Online has learned.
In a blockbuster development in his bitter break-up with, the 54-year-old actor lodged the paperwork under seal at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Downtown Los Angeles Thursday.
The plaintiff is listed as Mel Gibson and the defendant is Oksana Grigorieva.
Grigorieva was served the documents at her home in Sherman Oaks around 5pm Wednesday.
As was mentioned the case is sealed so there are no details that might explain why Gibson felt this was necessary. It’s important to point out that it’s not hard at all to get a restraining order against someone. It’s like I told that cock-blocking judge; if Hayley Williams didn’t want me to crouch at the foot of her bed while she sleeps, why are there secret messages to me in every one of her songs?
At first this story seems like the idiotic rambling of a former drug addict after a relapse, but Radar says ‘Party of Five’ star Jeremy London is claiming he was kidnapped, held at gunpoint and forced to get high last week in Palm Springs. “And did the police buy that, did that work”, asked Lindsay Lohan when she heard the news.

Jodie Foster has been accused of battery by a 17-year-old cry baby, who claims Foster poked him and grabbed his arm after he took her picture with his phone. As you read this keep in mind that Foster is 5’3”, maybe 130 pounds, and 47 years old.
“Jodie Foster attacked my son at the parking lot at The Grove,” the father told Radar. “Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm.”
“My son was at The Grove with his girlfriend (wwtdd editors note: open your eyes dude) and they were going to see a movie. He saw Jodie Foster and is a big fan so went over and took a picture of her.”
“She came after him, poked him in the chest and said, ‘Do you even have a mother you slime ball?’”
“He didn’t mouth back at all and was scared of her.”
“On top of it all, he’s a minor!”
“This left a really bad impression on my son about her. He used to be a big fan and now he has a bad taste in his mouth. He’s a good kid; kind of small for his age. There was no threat to Jodie.”

According to a police report, the incident occurred on May 29 between 1:50pm and 2:00pm with a report of battery and bodily force. The description reads:
“Vict while at The Grove saw susp and began to take pics of susp with his camera then walked to the valet area of The Grove. Susp followed vict, poked him on his chest, grabbed vict by his left arm causing visible injury.”

‘Gossip Girl’ star Chase Crawford was arrested early this morning for possession of marijuana. Actually for mutual possession of one joint. As you may have guessed, this did not happen in LA.
The 24-year-old Gossip Girl star was reportedly arrested in a pub parking lot in Plano, Texas, after police discovered less than two ounces of marijuana in the car he was in. The charge is a misdemeanor.
According to reports, Crawford has posted bond and is out of jail. Calls for comment have not been returned.
It’s too bad he posted bail already. This sugary little treat would have been a real hit in prison. One night in a real jail and he’d have woken up in 2011 wondering why his asshole hurt.
