TMZ says that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI about 5 hours ago, at approximately 4:50 AM Monday morning. She was not drunk, but did admit at the time of her arrest that she had taken vicodin and was smoking pot. She was released at 7:15 this morning. TMZ says:
We're told two motorists spotted her SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911. When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone.
The extra awesomist part here is that the booking sheet listed Richie as 5'1" and 85 lbs. EIGHTY - FIVE - POUNDS. Yikes. But whatever. Who cares. My only use for this tramp would be to snap her arm off and use it as a backscratcher.
