The Smoking Gun reports today that Perez Hilton (real name Mario Lavandeira) is being sued by Universal Studios for posting the above picture of Jennifer Aniston, a picture that Universal confirms is a real picture of her topless while filming a scene for "the Break Up".  The Smoking Gun says:

The footage, the studio charges, was stolen during production of the 2006 comedy, which starred Aniston and former boyfriend Vince Vaughn. The shot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the hit film … The lawsuit against Lavandeira, 28, seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order "directing the U.S. Marshall to seize" the copyrighted material from the blogger.

These pictures are clearly from a magazine but, whatever, Aniston should be thrilled either way.  Her tits aren’t great but they're good enough to distract from that fug face of hers.  People aren't normally this ugly unless magic spells are involved somehow.  Seriously, I think she might be the devil.
