You could show the surveillance footage of a children's cancer ward, and focus on one kid with cancer, and he's holding a puppy, and the puppy also has cancer, and then tell me it was Saturday Night Live, and I wouldn't notice any difference for at least an hour. And even then I wouldn't notice because it was any less funny than a typical SNL, but because they usually have a band. Still, this Peyton Manning thing was pretty funny - albeit obvious - sketch. Hitting kids in the nuts is comedy gold.
NBC IS FUCKING RETARDED UPDATE - so it seems NBC had youtube take this clip down, because why would you wanna promote the fact that your show might be funny and entertaining,. SNLs rating might creep up to a 1 share, and then it would be sheer pandemonium over there.

I’m sure you could compile all the kinda funny sketches SNL has made in the past 6 years and make like, 1 epsiode that is almost worth watching, but still doesn’t compare to the old episodes. i hope in time you will come to realize what a retarded jackass you’ve been. That being said, are we sure this is SNL, because this is way too funny. Notice how there were no cast members in this sketch, there it is right there, fire everyone and start from scratch. the 2nd skit of the night was pretty funny too. they were doing NCAA brackets on ESPN and peyton had gotten some wrong and Amy Poeler was playing a woman who was doing her first bracket and got all of them right for reasons like “My old college roommate was Charlotte Duke. She was a whore. I would never pick Duke.” and “I picked USC over texas because… texas is orange.”
