"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star Ty Pennington was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of DUI and just moments ago, he was officially charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts. Sources say Pennington had a .14 blood alcohol level when he was stopped at 12:35 AM in Los Angeles, almost twice the legal limit for the state of California.
I saw a study once that said that by the year 2010, the third leading cause of death in California will be "actor". I think it was in the Bible.
