Fat Tinder Date Solicits Appropriate Responses (VIDEO)

Some guys who run a website for ineffectual dorks who never get laid called Simple Pickup made a video where a hot chick posts some photos on Tinder and shows up to meet dudes in a fat suit. The point of this remains unclear, although definitely reinforces the Ten Commandments precept that lying is bad. Most of the dudes were cordial and then left immediately. A few were kind of pissed, which could be attributed to the super obvious fat suit and the fact they drove across town with a raging hard on to be in some shitty online video.

A few feminist blogs have picked up on this and find it offensive because the guys were not nice enough to the staged manatee that showed up for their get-together. This explains the central axiom of feminist fury: when you go around fucking with people for your Women’s Studies thesis, sometimes they are not super nice in return. That doesn’t mean stop shaving your armpits and wearing ironic but empowering slogans on your t-shirts. It means perhaps the less prejudice you have against men, the more you might come to see that balls don’t make you instantly evil. I learned similar things about black people by watching UPN back in the day. They’re stupid funny and love their kids just like us.
