Vanessa Hudgens Moves on from Boyfriend of 8 Years with SHAQ

Vanessa Hudgens has had a pretty rocky start to the new decade after her and boyfriend actor Austin Butler broke up after 8 years together.

The pair met on the set of Vanessa’s big break movie High School Musical in 2006 and started dating five years later, a year after she split with co-star Zac Efron in 2010. The pair were spotted kissing in public and went on a double date with another Disney kid Danielle Panabaker and her then boyfriend.

In 2015, Vanessa spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her relationship and became more open about their courtship, the couple also famously got charged for carving their names in a heart into one of the Red Rocks trees, and paid a $1000 fine to the Coconino National Forest rangers.

This past summer it was announced that Austin was set to play Elvis Presley in an upcoming film, and Vanessa posted her support for her man. They celebrated Halloween together in a series of couples costumes, but come Christmas, Austin had vanished from Vanessa’s social media. And then in January 2020 US Weekly reported that the couple had split.

It looks like things are now looking WAY up for Vanessa, she was seen getting picked up by Shaq at the Super Bowl and we can only hope this means she’s his new pocket pussy.
