THIS REALLY SUCKS

Yesterday, the neighbor and man who co-founded Newman’s Own, confirmed rumors that Paul Newman is in fact battling an undisclosed form of cancer, possibly lung.  The amazing thing is that the Sun UK has a recent picture of Newman, and even at 83 and riddled with cancer, he still looks cooler than I do, ever have or ever will, even if you somehow combined every cool thing I've ever done and complied it into one moment.  SCREW YOU PAUL NEWMAN!  The Sun says…

FILM legend PAUL NEWMAN is battling cancer, a friend has confirmed.The star’s business partner Aaron Hotchner said Newman broke the news to him 18 months ago.He said: “It’s a form of cancer and he’s dealing with it. He’s battling. He’s doing all the right stuff. Paul is a fighter.“He seems to be going through a good period now. Everybody is hopeful. That’s all we know.”

I usually like it when people more handsome and talented than me die, in fact I encourage it, but this sucks.  Paul Newman in Cat on a Hot Tin roof and Brando in Streetcar are so much better than anyone else has ever been it's actually sort of depressing.  I saw a movie review one time that compared Nick Zano to Paul Newman.  Paul Fucking Newman.  It's maybe the dumbest god damn thing I’ve ever seen in print.  Unless you count Maxim.
