Fresh out of rehab and conducting an interview that will air tomorrow, Miss USA Tara Connor will tell "Today" show host Matt Lauer that part of her freefall was because of her drug use, including cocaine. Tara says:
"I have done cocaine, yeah. I've tried several different things. But, you know, it's always the same effect. The more that I get it off my chest, the better I feel about myself. It's not healthy for my recovery to sit here and hold things back."
Wow, good for her. It's refreshing to see someone admit their mistakes. Sure, she did a bunch of drugs and probably trained some dudes while she was high, but isn't that what life is all about. According to my grandmother, yes. “Life is all about training some dudes while you're high,” she used to say. Now we keep her in a home!
Playboy has an offer on the table to shoot embattled Miss USA Tara Conner for an upcoming cover. She would not appear naked inside the magazine, at least not yet, not while she is still the reigning Miss USA. Page Six says:
Said an insider, "If Trump allowed her to do it, it would have to be in good taste." Which means she'll keep her top on.
So, basically, the cover of Playboy will look exactly like the picture above. Oh, the excitement.
So what was the fate of Tara Conner this morning? Well maybe 20 dollars will jog my memory … oh wait, that’s not gonna work is it. Damn. I could have really used 20 bucks. Anyway, Donald Trump - who owns the Miss USA pageant - announced this morning that Tara will keep her title as Miss USA despite rumors of drug use, underage drinking and sexual misconduct. Trump said:
"She's agreed to go into rehab. She knows that if she makes even the slightest mistake from here on, she will be immediately replaced. I believe she can do a tremendous service to young people."
Conner then took the stage and thanked Trump for the second chance:
"In no way did I think it would be possible for a second chance to be given to me. I've had a very big blessing bestowed on me. It truly takes someone with a wonderful heart, a heart of gold and a blessed soul."
Is it really a surprise that the beautiful 20-year-old girl whose sexy crime was getting drunk and then going down on Miss Teen USA was given a second chance. Sexy chicks can do whatever they want. They're like 007. Tara could push my grandmother down the stairs and I would just say “wow, look at her go, you must work out." But she really did seem grateful at the press conference. Maybe now she'll use her powers of hotness for good. Like I do with my karate.
Despite the announcement last week that Miss USA Tara Conner would be stripped of her title for inappropriate behavior, her fate will not be officially known until a press conference tomorrow. But Conner has already moved out of the apartment that she shares with Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe - provided for them by the pageant - and she canceled a Miami charity event that was set for Saturday. So, what did she do that deserves all this?
Tara Conner is on the verge of losing her crown after testing positive for cocaine, lustily kissing Miss Teen USA in public and sneaking men into their Trump Place apartment … "Tara was a party animal," said a source who knows Conner, 20, and Miss Teen USA Katie Blair, 18, from some of the city's top nightspots. "I've seen them kiss before. They always dance all sexy on the tables. … They definitely get close" … One clubgoer described seeing Conner snort cocaine in one of the nightclubs where she drank regularly despite being underage, and she recently failed a drug test.
In a related story, while Tara was doing coke and getting oral from Miss Teen USA, I crawled on the ground under my car because I dropped my KFC Snacker. Oh, wait, no, I guess the two stories aren’t that similar after all.
