Nick Lachey wants money

Nick Lachey filed papers in L.A. Superior Court on Friday reserving the right to seek spousal support from Jessica Simpson. When filing for divorce on Dec. 16, Jessica petitioned that Lachey not receive alimony. Both parties citied irreconcilable differences in their divorce papers for the dissolution of the marriage, but Lachey reports the couple’s separation date as Dec. 13 while Simpson cited it as Nov. 23, a discrepancy that would put into play nearly $1 million that Simpson earned during those weeks.


Uh, didn’t Nick Lachey spend the last three years making snide, condescending comments about Jessica’s intellect on TV. And now he’s asking her for money? Jesus Christ dude, have some pride. Maybe if you weren’t faggin off in high school with the other castratos at the dance studio pretending you were Boyz II Men. Jessica needs a guy who was the leading tackler, not the lead in Guys and Dolls. Look, ladies, you want a guy who’s gonna call you onto the balcony on a moonlit night and serenade you on one knee, that’s fine, just realize that you’re gonna be the one changing that flat tire in the rain, and you’re gonna be the one paying for his bronzer after you divorce.
