Yikes. You could make an implant out of sticks and bark and it would look better than this. When I picture Beyonce lying on the table right before she got her implants put in, instead of picturing a calm, soothing operating room with soft colors and Enya, I picture a monkey on a unicycle and some crazy circus music.
