BRITNEY IS BACK IN REHAB

Various outlets have now confirmed that Britney Spears re-entered rehab this morning.  It is not clear if it is the same treatment center she was in yesterday.  This is the third time in eight days she has entered a chemical dependency unit.  Because of these new developments, the emergency child custody hearing that was requested by Kevin Federline and scheduled for this afternoon will not take place.  TMZ confirms X17s earlier report that Spears tried to speak to Federline last night at his house but he would not let her in.  Various reports also confirm that their two kids have been in his custody for a week.  TMZ says:

Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance — if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

Well, this doesn't look good for Britney because she's supposed to be in that rehab for 30-45 days.  Based on her current pace, I'd give her a better chance of staying in the year 1812 for 30 days.  She hasn’t even made it to lunch in one of these things yet, a month will be a feat on par with the moon landing.
