Lindsay Lohan will almost definitely skip a scheduled deposition today for the third time, and miss her chance to explain why she stole an Escalade and chased her ex-assistant down PCH in 2007, but at least she has a valid reason. It’s the same valid reason as the last two times. TMZ says…

If Lindsay made a beeline for home, she might get 5 or 6 hours of sleep before her deposition this morning … if she doesn’t appear this morning it will be her 3rd no-show and she’ll probably lose the case.
Actually the picture agency says Dina went home at 2:30am, and she went home alone. They didn’t say when Lindsay went home. Does she even have a home? Is the bar at Marmount her home? That hotel better look into this because she’s probably 10 hours away from being able to claim their bar under some sort of squatters rights thing.

Skull bleaching used to be thought of as a proper pursuit for a young boy. When I was a lad, my parents allowed me a corner of the old barn for my experiments. I began by painting grasshoppers with nail polish and timing how long it took them to suffocate.
