It’s supposed to be a ostrich skin Hermes Birkin, like this one that sold for $30,000. But if you run a search on “pink ostrich hermes birkin“, fake versions of that same bag come up immediately. They sell for about $300, thanks to things like the giant Hermes counterfeiting ring staffed by real Hermes employees that French police broke up two months ago.

I have nephews who range in age from 3 to 6.
