That Indiana pizza place which hypothetically refused to cater a gay wedding based on religious beliefs of the owners, just took in $150K in donations from Internet supporters of pizza places hypothetically refusing to cater gay weddings. A conservative columnist set up the donation account on GoFundMe when Memories Pizza had their Yelp account and website and front door overrun by people who think it’s outrageous that a pizza place wouldn’t hypothetically cater a gay wedding in Indiana. All of which might be more important if there were gay people in Indiana looking to have pizza places cater their weddings.
On principle, I suppose it sucks to know that any place won’t serve you up food at your wedding simply because you dig cock over vagina or vice-versa and the bible says no pizza for you, sodomite. I’ve run a small business before and I can’t imagine any reason short of somebody professing a love of the WNBA to ever turn down a paying customer. If I’d known there was $150K in overnight donations for taking a contentious stand, I probably would’ve refused to sell my bongs to the Irish. The micks never appreciated my glasswork. Where’s my money, Internet idiots?
(Muslims just shot to death 150 Christian college students in Kenya. Wake me when our tolerance problems aren’t mostly petty bullshit.)
