Flava Flav: Yeah Boys, a Lawsuit

Years ago Flavor Flav and Public Enemy used to fight the power together. Fast forward to recent times and Flavor Flav is letting his group mates know they can fight this lawsuit. The comical hype man rapper and reality TV star pioneer feels like he’s owed royalties that he’s never received for at least 50 songs. Flav is 57-years-old and under new management, so a lawsuit was inevitable. When you’re rapping for pennies and wearing depend diapers it’s only natural to feel slightly indignant at the current state of affairs.

Flavor Flav sued Chuck and several P.E. producers, claiming they’ve cut him off from royalties, merchandising dough and performance fees.

It’s possible they could still resolve this entire situation out of court. Even at Flavor’s tender age of 57 he still has enough pull to make multiple hideous women fight for his affection on television. More than one woman endured a contest where the prize was getting to taste which flavor Flav was. Any man who can make a grown woman spit on another fully clothed woman outside of kinky porn setting deserves a check. Possibly even an award for most influential man of the year. I do hope Flav gets paid. The retirement home isn’t too easy on aged rappers. Social security is running out and it’s in a rap artist’s DNA to ball until you fall. You can’t afford any bling on a budget and Mr. Flav enjoys very large wall clocks around his neck. Those things aren’t cheap.
