It’s been almost 5 months since Lindsay Lohan crashed her Porsche into the back of a truck on PCH, meaning it’s been almost 5 months since she lied to police about it, and though they didn’t seem to care about the first part, they care very much about the second part, and now she’ll finally be charged with lying to police.
It’s only a misdemeanor, but it is a violation of her probation, which can mean only one thing; it’s time for all new idle threats and serious sounding jail sentences she’ll never receive.
the Los Angeles City Attorney will ask the judge to throw the embattled actress behind bars for violating terms of her probation in her necklace theft case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“Once Lindsay is formally charged with lying to cops, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office will ask for a formalprobation violation hearing,” a law enforcement source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “At the conclusion of the probation hearing prosecutors will ask the judge to sentence Lindsay to significant time in jail, up to one year. Prosecutors and cops think there is more than enough evidence for the judge to find Lindsay inviolation of probation and are hopeful that this time, she will face the maximum penalty for lying to cops. Remember, the burden is much lower for a probation violation, just the fact that Lindsay will be charged with a crime is enough for her probation to be revoked and sent to jail.”
Serious jail time is a real possibility, but it was also a possibility for the last 15 crimes she committed, and the worst thing anyone did about it was make her stay in her oceanfront condo for a few months. That’s a real prison like a slut at a halloween party is a real nurse.
